A film for charity, Redeeming Homes.
People placed in low income housing often find themselves having to wait a long time for their housing, forced from one short term accommodation to another while they wait. When they are finally given their housing, more often than not they find it unfurnished and in disrepair. Without the finances or capacity to furnish their new homes they have no choice but to live in poor and unsafe conditions.
Redeeming Homes was created to change this.
Founded by interior designer Rebecca Hughes, Redeeming Homes works to furnish these houses free of charge. Turning a house into a home, a sanctuary and a safe places for those who need it most.
